oEdu.ai works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. You can use it on desktop, tablet, or mobile devices, but for the best experience—especially with interactive features—we recommend using a desktop or laptop with Chrome.

Start by refreshing the page or restarting your browser. Make sure your Internet connection is stable and you're using a supported browser. You can also try clearing your browser’s cache. If the issue persists, let us know what page you’re on and we’ll take a look.

Some parts of the platform, like full course access, customized quizzes, customized flashcards and the AI tutor, are only available to users with a paid subscription. If you're using a free account, you’ll still be able to explore parts of the platform, but certain features are reserved for paid users. Upgrading your plan will unlock full access.

If some of your notes or bookmarks aren’t showing up, it could be that you weren’t signed in when you added them, or you might be logged into a different account. Double-check that you're using the same account. If everything looks right and you're still not seeing them, feel free to reach out to our support team for help.

If something isn’t working, let us know through the Support Form accessible via Contact Us page. It helps a lot if you include what you were trying to do, any error messages you saw, and which browser or device you were using. That way, we can understand the problem and get it fixed faster.

Payments & Refunds

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Depending on your location, we may also support digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Yes, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as you haven’t used a significant portion of the course or downloaded large sets of materials. Send us an email with your account details, and we’ll review your request.

We generally consider it significant use if you’ve completed a large part of the course, taken multiple quizzes, or downloaded most of the content. Refunds are meant for cases where the course hasn’t been fully used.

No, we do not offer partial refunds, and we’re unable to process refund requests made more than 7 days after your purchase. Once the access period begins and the course is used extensively, it’s no longer eligible for a refund.

Subscription & Billing

No, oEdu.ai does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewals. When you purchase a course, you’re paying for a one-time access period of either 30 or 60 days. You won’t be charged again unless you manually purchase another course.

You will be able to access your course immediately after purchase. Just log into your account, go to the "My Courses" section, and you’ll see all the courses you’ve purchased. Click on the course title to start learning right away.

No. Since we don’t use subscriptions, there are no automatic charges. Once your course access expires, you can choose whether or not to purchase additional access..

A receipt is emailed to you automatically after your payment is processed. You can also access your billing history at any time by logging into your account dashboard and going to the "Order History" section. If you need a copy of a past receipt, just let us know through the support form.

Product Updates

If a course you’ve purchased is updated, we’ll show a notice on your dashboard. You might also receive an email letting you know that your course has been updated.

Yes. If you purchase a course, any updates made during your access period (30 or 60 days) will be available to you at no extra cost.

We update lesson content, quiz questions, flashcards, and even features in the AI tutor based on changes to exam outlines, user feedback, and improvements in how we teach key topics.

If we update a course while your access is still active, you’ll get the updated version automatically—no need to do anything. If the exam tied to the course is officially retired, we’ll keep the content available for a while so you can wrap up your prep. If that exam is replaced by a new version, we’ll give you access to the new course for the rest of your access period.

Whether you need a quick explanation or a deeper breakdown, Aiva responds with precision and context, right when you need it.

Aiva can explain difficult concepts, walk you through practice questions, help you review what you missed, and offer suggestions on where to focus next. It’s useful when you're stuck or just want a deeper understanding of a topic without having to search through multiple pages of material.

When you're in a lesson, quiz, or review session, you’ll see a prompt to open Aiva in the corner of your screen. You can ask a question about the current topic, request clarification, or even have Aiva break something down step-by-step. It stays context-aware within the session you're working in.

Aiva is available to all users, including free accounts, but there are some usage limits in place to keep things running smoothly. If you're on a paid course, you’ll have higher access, though there’s still a fair use policy. If you reach the limit, you’ll get a prompt letting you know, and you may need to upgrade to continue using Aiva.

Discussions & Voting

Each question and lesson page has a discussion area where you can ask questions, share insights, or respond to others. It's meant to be a space for thoughtful, academic conversation—not just quick replies. You’ll need to be logged in to post or comment.
